These Guidelines and our Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure Poker Date remains a safe and enjoyable platform for everyone. We require all our users to abide by these guidelines. Adherence guarantees a smooth flight and an adventurous journey. Failure to comply may result in losing access to our platform.
The golden rule: We are a diverse community. You should behave on Poker Date as you would in real life. This applies when interacting with our lovely Support teams as well.
We do not tolerate hateful, hurtful, or harassing content on Poker Date. Unsolicited sexual content and messages are considered sexual harassment.

What We Expect From You,
Bring Your Smile & Good Manners
Good manners leave a positive impression. Poker Date is all about meeting new people, finding and spreading love and joy in all forms. Let's share smiles and good vibes instead of insults.
Respect Each Other
Treat others as you would want to be treated, regardless of who they are, where they come from, or their personal beliefs and preferences. The best way to make a meaningful connection is to treat others well.
Upload Only Your Photos
We take copyrights very seriously. If you don’t own the rights to a photo, don't post it. In simpler terms, upload pictures of you. Show us who you are, not who you aspire to be. Please avoid displaying violence, nudity, or other explicit content. A detailed list of photo rules can be found here, but here's a summary:
- You must be in all the photos. Your face must be clearly visible.
- No children on their own. They must be in the photo with you and fully clothed.
- Same goes for pets, They must be in the photo with you and they need not to have clothes.
- No photos in bikinis/swimwear indoors.
- No pictures in underwear.
- No Shirtless/underwear mirror selfies.
- No watermarks or text overlaid.
- No pornographic material.
- No graphic hunting photos.
- No display of weapons such as guns, swords, knives.
If a photo is removed, you will be informed as to why this happened. Repeated offenses might lead to your account being banned.
No Soliciting - Share Fun, Not Spam
Spread your positive vibes all over the world. However, Poker Date is not a platform for promoting a business, selling items (including prostitution and escort services), or asking for likes, followers, & subscribers on other social media platforms. Using our platform as a marketplace will result in being banned.
Don’t Do Anything Illegal
Illegal activities are not permitted on Poker Date. If it's illegal in real life, it's illegal on our platform. This could result in being banned, losing access to our platform, and/or being reported to the authorities.
Fake Profiles / Impersonation / Account Takeover
Fake profiles and impersonation are not allowed. Be yourself and don't impersonate someone else. We will remove and/or change any information on your profile that is not accurate or yours. Taking over someone else's account or letting others use your account is also not permitted.
One Person, One Account
Each user is allowed only one unique profile. Any attempts to delete and then re-create your account to bypass other members' Passes or Blocks is unacceptable. Excessive and suspicious account deletion activity may lead to your profile being banned. For the best experience, keep all activity on one account.
Minors / Under 18
Unfortunately, anyone under the age of 18 is not old enough to be on Poker Date. We'll happily welcome you back when you turn 18.
False Reporting
We review every report filed. Time spent on unjustified or incomplete abuse reports is time taken away from dealing with genuine abusers. Please report users who have violated our guidelines. If someone is bothering you and you simply don't want to see them again, choose 'not interested in this person' and part ways. Be considerate and don't misuse the report system.
We use a combination of automated systems and a team of moderators to monitor and review accounts, profiles, and messages for content that breaches these Guidelines and our Terms and Conditions. If you don’t follow these guidelines, you’ll receive a warning (unless our team decides to block or restrict access without warning at our discretion). Ignoring this warning may result in losing your account and access to the platform.
A Final Note
Keep your profile clean, always respect others, and everyone will be happy. We want Poker Date to be an open place where everyone feels confident being their authentic selves. As any good cabin crew, we'll guide you through your adventurous journey, limiting the chances of turbulence.
While our community guidelines cover most instances of moderator action, they are not exhaustive, and we retain the right to ban anyone from Poker Date for any reason if we deem it necessary.
