Yes! If you're a new user, you'll be able to register and log in with either your phone number, Facebook account, Google or Apple ID.

With Facebook it’s easier to build your profile by importing your name, age, etc. This speeds up the sign-up process as well as ensures that the information on your profile is genuine and reliable. You are free to choose the method that works best for you.

Apple Sign-In allows you to create and log into your Poker Date account using your Apple ID. To choose this method, follow the steps below:

Tap ‘Continue with Apple’ on the sign-in screen
Confirm using your preferred method (e.g. Face ID)
Set up your Poker Date profile or if you’re returning user start swiping!
Please note: you will be able to choose this method initially when you create your profile and won’t be able to change it for an existing profile.

Google Sign-In allows you to create and log into your Poker Date account using your Google account. To choose this method, follow the steps below:

Tap ‘Login with Google’ on the sign-in screen
Set up your Poker Date profile or if you’re returning user start swiping!
Please note: you will be able to choose this method initially when you create your profile and won’t be able to change it for an existing profile.

If you already have a Poker Date account registered with another log in method (e.g. Facebook) but would like to begin using the Apple Sign-In option you can do so by following these steps:

Log in using your original method (e.g. Facebook) using your mobile device
Tap the silhouette on the top right corner of the screen
Tap the "Settings" (gear icon) in the upper left corner of the screen
Tap “other login methods”
Select the option to add your Apple ID
Once you add your Apple ID you will have multiple login options and you will be able to delete other login methods except the one you wish to use.

Note: Be sure to log in using the same method each time, or you could accidentally create multiple accounts. Using a method that isn’t linked to your profile would lead to the creation of a new account.

With multiple log-in methods you can easily log back into your Poker Date account.
All you need to do to add a new login method is:
Head into your settings and scroll down to ‘Other login methods’
Select the option to add your Facebook / Google / Apple ID / Phone Number
Once you add another login method you will have multiple login options and you will be able to delete other login methods except the one you wish to use.

Note: Be sure to log in using the same method each time, or you could accidentally create multiple accounts. Using a method that isn’t linked to your profile would lead to the creation of a new account.

Poker Date is completely free to join. After creating your account you can immediately depart on your adventure to connect and chat with new, interesting people all over the world. Our core app features, such as liking/passing, chatting and playing at the casino tables with players and potential matches, are free to use!
However, we do have some paid features that we think are worth it and can put you on the fast-track to love.
You have the option of buying coins —our in-app currency that allows you to pick and choose features you’d like to take advantage of without purchasing a membership — or subscribing to become a Premium member and unlock special features, such as Unlimited Likes, Good Vibes, Spotlight Boost, Rewind, Paper Plane, Who Likes You, Comment on Photo, Who’s up for..., Meet up Trips, Glide Search, Add to Favourites and Read Receipts.
These features are completely optional to enhance your Poker Date experience.

Poker Date Premium Subscriptions come in three distinct tiers – Premium, Extra Premium and Ultra Premium.

If you find yourself in the Coins Store often, consider upgrading to Premium. Premium Subscribers get unlimited access to a variety of features at a hefty discount – as well as to help you go on better dates faster. 

How can I switch between Game mode & Date mode?
Before taking off, you can choose to play casino games and connect single people around the globe to find love, in all its forms by tapping red icon at the top left of your main swiping screen or just rotate the phone to switch to the game mode. You can always switch back the modes.

Discovery is the part of the app where you play the Match game, Like and Pass someone's profile. The people you see in Discovery are members who match the preferences that you selected and members who are interested in people like you.
It shows you the profile information of one potential match at a time. It offers a look at each person’s individuality right from the start, so you can connect with others in a more meaningful way. It shows photos, highlights each member’s personality and profile, helping you convey your individuality in a better way.

Like: You can Like someone’s profile by swiping right or by tapping on the red heart. Liking someone shows that you’re interested in them.

If they like you first: as soon as you Like their profile, you'll see a pop-up telling you that you both Like each other and  it’s a match!

If you like them first: we'll send you a notification as soon as they like you back.

  Once you match with someone that person will disappear from Likes You and appear in Matches.

We also show you people who have sent you a Good Vibe or a message along with it and people who have commented on your photo sooner in Discovery than someone who hasn't Liked you.

Pass: To skip a profile in Discovery, swipe left or tap X on the bottom of the profile, if you’re not interested (and they won’t know you swiped left on them).

What's the difference between a match and who likes you? Imagine, you’re swiping and you come across an amazing profile. You get a little excited, you’re already thinking about your first move. Holding your breath you swipe them to the right only for that magical Boom! Screen to appear telling you that you both Like each other and it’s a match!

All your matches will appear in the Matches Tab. Once a conversation gets going, they’ll move down into your Conversations.

Who likes you (admirers) are those users who have swiped to the right on your profile (because you’re awesome) but you haven’t swiped to the left or right on them yet. If you’re a Poker Date Premium subscriber you can actually take a peek at who like you in the Likes tab and decide from there if you want to swipe to the left or right.

Yes! Backtrack/Rewind allows you to go back to the previous profile and take back your last left swiping action.If you have made a mistake while swiping, you can undo the last action by tapping the arrow (icon) on the bottom left corner of your screen.Only Poker Date Premium subscribers can Rewind their last Pass action.
However, it's important to note that once you have swiped right and liked a profile, that action cannot be undone.

A green dot on the lower right corner of your match’s avatar in your conversations indicates they are online.
When you hit the Poker tables, you can mark someone as a favorite when you like them from their gaming profile.
If you add someone to favorites in the game mode, you will get an alert when they are on the casino table so you can jump right on to the table and spark up a conversation.

Basic Info Badges (Looking for, Height, Star sign, Pets, Drinking, Smoking, Kids, Exercise, Religion and Politics) are an easy way to share more about yourself on your Poker Date profile without taking up space in your bio. The more information you have about yourself on your profile, the higher are your chances are of making matches with the users who share similar interests to you!

Messaging in Date Mode
Poker Date offers free chat with other users! Connection is a two-way street. Before a conversation can get off the ground both users have to have swiped to the right to create a match.
Messaging in Game Mode
While playing at a Poker table, you can interact with people at your own discretion by tapping the chat icon in the lower right corner in the game room or by tapping the Mic icon just above the chat icon to use audio to text, for easy and faster chatting, just tap the Mic icon and speak. In-game chat provides players with a great opportunity to mingle and meet new people virtually even without having to like them first and match. In Game chat is visible to all the players at the table.

Common sense mainly. We don’t have many rules, just keep your profile clean, always respect other people and everyone will be happy. We want Poker Date to be an open place where everyone can feel confident being their true selves. Blocking and Unmatching

There are two different ways to block someone on Poker Date- via their profile, and via a conversation.
To Block someone from their profile, please follow these steps:
1. Scroll to the bottom of their profile and tap the “Block and Report" button.
2. Choose one of the report reasons and include any additional comments for our moderation team. You can share as much or as little information as you feel comfortable with, but the more information we have, the easier it is for us to support you and take action.
3. Tap “Submit report”.
To report a user from the Conversations menu, please follow these steps:
1. From your conversation, tap on the Flag icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. From here, tap “Block & Report”.
3. Be sure to specify the reason for the report and submit. You can share as much or as little information as you feel comfortable with, but the more information we have, the easier it is for us to support you and take action.
Once we receive the report, our moderation team will review it as soon as possible. Due to privacy guidelines, we can’t always reveal the results of a report, but please know that we take every report seriously and handle each case with care.

Your safety comes first. If something happens that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please report it.

Blocking someone will prevent them from seeing your profile. If you've had a conversation with them, blocking will also remove the conversation from their Conversations page. We do not otherwise let people know that you have blocked or unmatched them. Unblocking Note: Passing or swiping left on someone does not block them. It just means you won't see them in Discovery until you run out of people to see. If you do run out of people to see, we'll recycle your passes so you have another chance to see them- after all, many people will upload another photo or write more about themselves since the last time you saw them, and will be much more interesting!.

Hopefully you're leaving Poker date because you met someone awesome and made a meaningful connection and no longer on the dating scene! If not, that's a bummer. Either way, we will miss you. 

• Go to account settings
• Select 'Delete Account'
• Select the reason Select ‘Confirm’
• That’s it!
If you’d prefer to keep your account and don’t want to delete everything but want to take a break from dating scene and don’t want to be shown to others, you can pause your account instead. If you do pause your account, any paid subscription will continue unless you cancel it.
Please note: Deleting your profile does not cancel your subscription. If you subscribed to a paid subscription you will need to take the necessary steps to cancel this to ensure you are not charged an auto-renewal subscription fee.
